Responsible for the growth and expansion of the company in international markets, building lasting connections that promote global entrepreneurship, and fostering an exponential mindset. Lorenzo spearheaded the creation and development of Rokk3r’s Cobuild courses, which enabled the launch of 10xU, a Rokk3r subsidiary dedicated to providing education and consulting services to entrepreneurs and companies. Currently focused on designing and running Rokk3r's accelerator programs.

As MD, Lorenzo manages the strategic direction and operational oversight of Rokk3r Cobuild, and its senior team of Entrepreneurs-in-Residence. Lorenzo provides leadership across cobuild engagements with entrepreneurs and organizations of all sizes, focusing on the deconstruction, evaluation and rethinking process of ideas that could turn into Rokk3r Labs portfolio companies or help enterprises innovate on the edge. He works with Rokk3r Labs leadership to create and drive inventive ideas to advance and scale cobuild.

The Think Phase is a smart combination of a scientific-like approach, developed thanks to Rokk3r Labs’ extensive experience in the digital world, and the understanding that every idea, company and entrepreneur is different. Think applies a systematic and holistic approach to convert an idea into a successful company. It is a methodology to vet but also to morph ideas with potential and steer them by defining such factors as value proposition, product versioning, user-based design, technological platform and structure, go to market strategy and growth strategy.
