    Key responsibilities: -Sets development (Inflight business -all major airlines in the region- and Ground Accounts): sets composition, artwork and packaging development, supervision of packaging production and sets assembly/delivery. -Creation of the first Melvita sets for the Asian market and launch of this new brand owned by L’Occitane in Duty Free counters and Airlines over Asia. -Sales Analysis of L’Occitane performances. -Preparation of monthly promotion launch notes for clients. -Participation in the Holiday Promotion: preparation of promotion and counter set up (merchandizing). -Competitive reviews and new initiatives development (offers, animations, services etc.). -Visits at DFS Hong Kong for merchandising set up and report. -Organization of a bi-annual Beauty Advisors Seminar in Macao (150 persons). Key learnings: Very good understanding of the cosmetic industry in travel retail and inflight business, as well as product development and International supply chain processes.
