Specialising in infrastructure financing, PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) is a State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) whose entire capital is owned solely by the Republic of Indonesia under the Ministry of Finance formed according to Minister of Finance Regulation No. 100/PMK.010/2009 concerning Infrastructure Financing Companies with 8 (eight) operational sectors financeable by PT SMI, namely; roads and bridges, transportation, oil and gas, telecommunications, waste management, electricity, irrigation, and drinking water supply (source: company website). In PT SMI, I advised infrastructure Public and Private Sector infrastructure stakeholders with various investment, financing, fundraising initiatives and cooperation modalities, i.e. Public-Private Partnership, Direct Lending and Multilateral Financing, Corporate and Project Financing, B2B Transaction. Scope of work includes: 1. Advised private sector clients on financial and investment aspects of infrastructure projects 2. Advised public sector institutions and officials on Public-Private Partnership scheme 3. Managed preparation and transaction aspects of PPP infrastructure projects 4. Developed economic and financial models for financing, business planning, and feasibility analysis. 5. Prepared Corporate Business Plans and Project Feasibility Studies 6. Acted as Transaction Analyst for State-owned Enterprise Economic Recovery Program (PEN) 7. Lead and manage members of division units and project teams.

Responsible for developing Public-Private Partnership infrastructure projects as well as providing Financial and Investment Advisory to both public and private sector clients. Core responsibilities: 1. Preparing and developing PPP government-mandated projects in Indonesia, 2. Advising public and private sector entities in Financial Advisory projects. 3. Enhancing internal business process with SOP development. 4. Building and managing relationship with government and private stakeholders.
