    2013 - 2017

    • Worked directly with CEO and C-level executives in Asia and globally to develop and execute leadership strategy and key initiatives, oversee regional rollout and manage communications across internal and external channels. • Established cross-sector partnerships for community and sponsorship programs. • Responsible for the strategic direction, implementation, and impact measurement of communications for over 12,000 employees and 13 locations across the Asia Pacific region.

  • Executive Director, 'UBS and Society' Initiative

    2014 - 2017

    (global initiative in addition to my role) • Program co-lead for the UBS Grand Challenge, an innovative initiative in collaboration with the Center for Global Development in which 1,200 employees pitched solutions to one of five pressing global issues. • Developed the social impact platform and content for a 10-city exhibition and lecture series: Women for Women, which UBS partnered with luminaries Gloria Steinem and Annie Leibovitz. Resulted in 375k site visits and Facebook live broadcasts reaching ~400k viewers. • Championed cross-sector initiatives with UBS Impect Investing, UBS Optimus Foundation and Community Affairs. • Co-created and led communication for over 60k global employees in the launch of UBS and Society designed to harness UBS’ capabilities for sustainable investment, philanthropy, and social impact programs.

    • Strategic planning and regional initiatives for the Investment Products division including financial planning and forecasts, monthly financial tracking, risk management assessment and committee governance. • Led corporate communications and media relations including directing CEO communications, strategic messaging/tracking for over 400 employees.
