Key missions : - Management of life sciences dealflow ; - Hunting, screening and sourcing various startups projects in fields like Biotechnologies, FoodTech, Human and Vet Health, Agriculture, New Materials… ; - Monitoring investment processes until closing, including due diligences and legal negociations (investment note, term sheet, shareholders’ agreement, NDA…) ; - Follow-up of 10+ life sciences portfolio startups of which 3 as board member observer (Pylote, Pili, Aviwell) ; - Involvement in the 1st phases of creation of a new Fund.
