    Launched 'Logitech Revue', the World's first set top box featuring Google TV - combining internet video and live TV in one unified interface. Introduced TV apps to allow users to consume all their local videos, music and content. Led a cross functional team including corporate marketing, regional marketing, sales, product marketing for the launch of Google TV. Responsible for product strategy and portfolio for Digital Home and Harmony. Portfolio included software platforms and products for entertainment control, streaming music and TV video calling. Lead a team of over 200 people across 3 sites. Functions include Product Marketing, Development teams including Product Engineering, Web and Software platforms, Mobile Apps, User Experience, Data Content, Program Management and Strategic Partnerships.     In 2003, led the acquisition for Intrigue technologies (creators of Harmony Remotes) to give Logitech a footprint in the living room. In 2007, led the Business Unit as the General Manager and delivered record revenues for several quarters during my tenure. Led the team to deliver one of the most successful Logitech products and the most successful Harmony product ever by launching the Harmony One. The team won Logitech's coveted innovation cash award of $50,000. CNET described it as "One of the Best Universal Remotes we have ever tested". Subsequently, we launched the Harmony 900. CNET wrote "The Logitech Harmony 900 is, hands down, the best universal remote control we've ever tested." Led growth in Europe and the US with the launch of several successful products such as Harmony 200, 300, 600, 650, 700, One, 900 and the Harmony apps for the iPhone, iPAD and Android devices. Drove improvements in customer support experience as a key priority for the organization. Increased customer satisfaction while decreasing the cost of support as a % of sales. Engaged with an expert faculty member from Kellogg to help create a customer centric culture in the organization. Focused the team on key priorities and exited non performing geographic markets and rationalized skus from 23 to 6. Led the introduction of Harmony 200 and Harmony 300 to drive penetration in households with simpler entertainment systems. Achieved 27% growth in unit connections worldwide in the first year after introduction. Acquired TV Compass, a start up, focused on building second screen control applications for the Home Entertainment systems. Helped build Harmony's applications and software platform.

    Applied sales, marketing and brand principles from consumer packaged goods to drive growth in computer mice. We increased the average selling prices (ASP), accelerated the end customer replacement cycle and increased the number of products per household by leveraging innovation and deep segmentation. Led an amazingly talented team that launched several new product lines for gaming, notebook and kids. The product portfolio helped double the revenues over 4 years. Introduced innovations such as the World’s first laser mouse MX1000, the MX Revolution featuring "Hyper Fast Scrolling”, VX Nano featuring the nano receiver, MX Air featuring air tracking. Business week featured an article on MX Revolution as an Innovation case study. Launched several gaming mice like the MX510, G5, G7 and G9. ExtremeTech reviewed G5 as "The Best Gaming Mouse we have ever used ". Engaged a packaging research firm to understand in store buying behaviors and used that to crystallize our positioning and refine messaging and packaging for the entire line up.
