Sales Strategy & Operations MBA Intern

Worked on internal efforts to align Sales process with post-IPO growth strategy and developed recommendations to improve productivity. Designed and started implementing process improvement project for Salesforce to build analytics capabilities and enhance lead generation process. Developed reports and analytics for Sales team slides for Board of Directors meeting.

Coordinated planning process for Canada and Midcontinent operating regions across multiple operations and corporate groups. Analyzed operational data, built financial models and validated capital expenditure proposals for insight and presentation materials to upper management and Board of Directors. Also responsible for several ongoing projects to improve data processes.

Collaborated and worked independently on a wide range of projects, including statistical analysis in both SAS and Excel, modeling a private MLP structure and leading a review of gas desk's P&L reporting.
