From 2013 to 2021 I worked for EMC as an engineer for high-end data-center infrastructure, analyzing and troubleshooting highly complex solutions, and creating detailed performance analysis for large-scale enterprise environments. I've mentored engineers with technical concepts and soft-skills, and have contributed large amounts of applicable theory and case studies to numerous branches of (now Dell)EMC's knowledge-base. I have assisted on many product design teams and quickly became an SME and performance guru for our global support teams.
