Karaman Communications is now Teamlogic IT! Founded in 1987 as The Phone Network, in 2008 the name changed to Karaman Communications to better reflect the variety of services offered. On October 6, 2015, I acquired Karaman Communications, Inc. located in Fayetteville, NC. In August 2016, Enhanced IT, Inc. dba Teamlogic IT was formed. Teamlogic IT is a nationwide Managed IT Service Provider and I purchased franchises in Fayetteville, Wilmington, Raleigh and Greenville, NC. In 2018, Karaman Communications' operations transitioned to Teamlogic IT. Today, Teamlogic IT is the leader in business telephone and computer networking systems in Fayetteville, NC and the surrounding areas.

The Boards provide MBA level training, Accountability, Prayer and Peer input for Business Owners & CEOs. Each Member receives monthly one on one coaching aimed at improving outcomes both professional and personal. Former Director of the Center for Entrepreneurship Methodist University located in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Accomplishments during assignment: ·         Started the Undergraduate Entrepreneurship program from scratch which began in late 2013. To date, 45 plus major and minor students are in Entrepreneurship program. . Developed all the curriclum for the program and successfully taught the following classes: Entrepreneurship, Venture Capital, Managing the Family Business and Innovation & Commercialization. ·         Secured gift for an endowed Scholarship for Entrepreneurs that was $400,000 plus and growing at my departure.  ·         Started Young Entrepreneurs Academy's local Fayetteville chapter– in partnership with the Fayetteville Chamber and Cumberland County Schools. ·         Presented significant Net proceeds (after CFE expenses) from CFE activities which were contributed to the Endowed Entrepreneurship Scholarship. Left to focus all my attention on pursuing current and future entrepreneurial opportunities.
