Odin handles the “plumbing” for Syndicates and VCs to invest in the private markets. We do this through one seamless platform - everything from setting up the legal structure for an investment vehicle through to processing payments. Founders can also use us to roll up their investors into one legal entity on the cap table.

Wanted to build/own a media company. Our first product was a science, technology, business and design magazine for students with 120,000+ copies pre-ordered, subscription and advertising revenue pre-launch. This will forever be one of the best 8 months of my life, as my first experience trying to build something I cared deeply about and it could not have been more satisfying as a creative outlet. I hit pause on this because I felt like those problems I cared deeply about were way more systemic and there were a lot of parts to the puzzle I needed to see. Publishing/media was only one part and something to come back to later.
