We built tools to evaluate personality traits based on image selection and conversational interactions and combined this with secondary data sets to build fintech and martech products. I ran a specialist cross-functional R&D team in the rapid exploration and development of technical prototypes aligned with the company's overarching mission to marry personality psychology with technology.

Pitched an idea at a hackthon. Won the hackathon. Raised some funding and launched some apps. Grew to 10,000 DAUs within 4 months. Failed to secure further funding so started an agency to bring in revenue and allow us to keep working on the platform. Wound up the business when everyone had finished maxing out their credit cards.
