EdgeTheory is a start-up focused on marketing automation and content generation for social media backed by Jim Barksdale (FedEx, McCaw Cellular/Cellular One, Netscape) that had built significant MRR (almost $90k+) and a marquee client list (Match.com, Mayo Clinic, Neiman Marcus), but was in need of structure and planning in operations, sales, and services to enter early stage rapid growth. As bookings tripled, staff size merely doubled by restructuring all aspects of the operations to support this growth.
