Helped found and was a minority owner in Disney Construction, Inc., a heavy civil construction company based in the San Francisco Bay Area specializing in large concrete public work projects. Worked on multi million-dollar large-scale bridge projects as the project manager, leading projects from the initial bid to project completion while helping to build the company as a whole. Built and managed project plans, budgets and schedules, ran sub-contractor and owner contract negotiations, relations, and management, and managed project litigation. Because Disney Construction self-performed all concrete, dirt and carpentry work, my responsibilities also included building and managing the construction work force and the project management team and performing construction design work.
