    Agentleaf compiled home sale data and objectively ranked local real estate agents catered to the home buyer or seller's needs. We allowed consumers to tilt the odds in their favor by finding the top performing agents in their area and saving 15% off the commission in the process. Agentleaf made money by co-representing each consumer with the agent of their choosing, thus allowing Agentleaf to participate in a piece of the commission the agent earned. A porting of every commission earned by Agentleaf went right back into the pockets of the consumer, making it a winning situation for everyone. Agentleaf started after several years of being immersed in the real estate industry, learning the inner workings of an antiquated industry ready for some new, refreshing ways to do business. Seeing a need in helping consumers determine the best agent for their needs, I collected the sales data, developed an algorithm and built a website to help turn in accessible data into an easy to use tool to help consumers research and choose the best agent for them.
