I played many parts at EquipmentShare - technical founder, CTO, principal engineer, and whatever else was needed. My most significant contribution was developing the hiring pipeline and hiring the right people, but here are some highlights of the systems that I worked on: * Telematics platform that tracks billions of dollars worth of machines, and connect to installed hardware to mitigate theft and unauthorized use * Automated work order management system that is driven off of usage from the telematics system * Rental operations dispatch software that powers over 100 rental yards across the country * Invoicing and payments system to handle the unique and varying billing constraints and generate payouts for machines that are owned by other companies * ELD compliance monitoring to keep drivers in compliance and safe with a low-friction solution * Reporting and BI tools to help customers make informed decisions about the best way to use their assets

Track customers to track customers as they move through the sales process at dealerships. Provide detailed analytics focused on identifying a salesperson's weak points for coaching and improvement. Notable Projects: LoanTracker - Application to keep Real Estate Agents, Borrowers, and Loan Officers up to date as they go through the loan process. Responsive Redesign - Convert VeteransUnited.com to a mobile friendly format. This doubled our conversion rate for leads coming from mobile advertisements.
