Vorwerk is a 200-year-old family-owned German company based in Chile. It is a leading player in the import, sale and distribution of material and technical supplies to various sectors, including mining, construction, agriculture and forestry. Our commitment also extends to providing cutting-edge technologies that increase the efficiency and automation of cash management processes for major companies such as banking institutions, large-scale retailers, casinos and cash-in-transit companies. As Chairman of the Board, my role is to guide the company's strategic direction, lead digital transformation initiatives and foster a collaborative culture, contributing to our proven track record of winning tenders, driving digitalisation and leading high performing teams.

  • Chief Executive Officer

Led transformative initiatives to achieve comprehensive digitalization across sales, customer relationships, supplier interactions, and inventory management in the business. Enhanced overall business management by establishing high-performing teams, implementing effective leadership strategies, and fostering a culture that prioritizes employee well-being and collaboration. Successfully re-engineered the business, securing a €2 million tender to supply 200 state-of-the-art cash management units to Chile's largest retail chain.
