Established within the structure of Akkök Group in 2005, Akiş REIT aims to apply the experience and expertise it has accumulated in the real estate sector, which it has positioned among the group’s strategic business areas, in various projects. Akiş REIT assumed the title of Real Estate Investment Trust on May 18, 2012 upon application to the Capital Markets Board. Subsequently Akiş REIT was listed on Borsa Istanbul on January 9, 2013. Akiş REIT aims to carry out projects that standout for their quality in the real estate sector, with the motto “We focus on your happiness in every project we develop.”

Turkey’s pioneer chemicals company Ak-Kim was established in Yalova, in 1977 and in time has expanded its production facilities to various locations in Turkey. Today Ak-Kim is a global player serving customers in five continents with its broad product portfolio including Chlor-alkali and derivatives, Methylamines, Persulfates, Hydrogen peroxides, Bisulfites, textile auxiliaries, paper and water treatment chemicals, cement and concrete additives.

Aktek was established in 2007 to provide all companies in Akkök Holding with modern solutions in information technology as a central, productive, value-adding solutions and services provider. Nowadays, it is expanding its area of impact and activity by providing similar IT services as value-added services to institutions outside the Holding. Founded in 2015 to provide guidance by adding value in the field of IT to all customers, especially Akkök Holding companies, doing feasibility reports and project writing, and helping these projects come to life in a cost-effective way, Aktek was ranked 110th in the "Bilişim 500" list in 2015. Furthermore, it ranked 74th among Information Technology Companies in 2015 and 23rd in the overall ranking of System Integrators.

• Joint venture of Akkim Chemicals and Feralco, the second largest water treatment chemicals and coagulant producer in Europe • Actively participated in the development of joint venture since the beginning Akferal was launched on 1 July 2013 as a joint venture between Ak-Kim – a pioneer in Turkey as a chemical producer and Feralco – the second largest water chemicals producer in Europe. Akferal symbolizes the joint pinnacle reached by Ak-Kim whose background extends to 36 years, and Feralco a company treating potable water for 100 million people using its production facilities in eight European countries.
