Human Ventures is an early-stage venture capital firm. We partner with builders at the very beginning of their entrepreneurial journey. Our founders proudly embody the diversity, resilience, and ambition of New York City. Investments include Adelaide Metrics, Casa Komos Brands Group, Current, Mimikai, Paloma Health, and Steno. As founding COO, I built and ran the start-up studio, as well as established the funds’ investing practices. I oversee all of the platform’s financial operations and specialize in structuring Human’s investments.

charity: water exists to reinvent giving. Through innovative platforms, content, and product experiences, the organization stimulates greater global awareness about the water crisis and seeks to build a community of generous and passionate supporters. As employee number 20, I led various finance, operations, and administrative functions, and oversaw a rapid expansion of the organization from $9M to $45M in annual revenue; where headcount grew from 20 to 75 employees, and the unique supporter base from 56K to more than 700K. During this 5-year period, collective fundraising efforts brought in more than $175M of both working capital and international program support. The latter will help bring more than 6M people in 24 developing countries clean, safe drinking water.
