• Settlement of money market trades in Austraclear. • Liaising with external clients and ANZ front office to ensure the trades all settled before the market cut-off. • Ensuring trades entered correctly in internal system also for accurate record keeping. • Reconciliation between internal and external systems at the end of the day. • Identified the need for a procedure manual and created one from scratch using any spare time I had to help with the transition for when I left.

• Updating prices of securities on a daily basis to multiple systems (FODB and GlobalOne) for use by dealers. • Meeting with requests from various other teams for information to be changed on multiple systems. • Inputting FX and loan deals that had been completed onto the Goldensource system. • Constantly liaising with other team members to ensure all work had been assigned as someone’s responsibility. • Updating values of various indices by retrieving the information from Bloomberg system.

Corporate Actions Support Team April 2007 – June 2009 • Taking corporate action instructions from Fund Managers. • In charge of the setting up and tracking of any new Standing Instructions we received from Fund Managers. • Training new members of the team. • Updating procedures manual to help reduce the risk of mistakes. • Creating good working relationships with people I would speak to nearly every day on the telephone. Corporate Actions Post Team March 2006 – April 2007 • Responded to registrars section 793 requests in a timely and efficient manner. • Distribution of previously failed corporate actions notifications. • Established and implemented a more efficient process by moving from sending fax replies to sending emails, which actually won Northern Trust an award from one of the registrars
