Xavier Niel’s Seed investment fund. One to Two investments of $150k per week all over the world. $45m fund, portfolio of 350 startups in 26 countries - As part of a three-person team: - Dealflow management: Reviewed around 100 projects per day, met the founders, evaluated their project, wrote investment memorandums and recommendations. Researched and developed intelligence on emerging trends. - Closing of deals: Negotiated the terms of the investments and reviewed the legal documentation before the closing. - Portfolio management: Analysed and synthesised founders reports, managed post-investment tasks, advised our founders and connected them to entrepreneurs and later stage funds. - Applications and tools development: Full stack design, development and deployment of applications and tools (CRM, Widgets, Accounting modules, Robots) to optimise the efficiency of the team, the management of the fund and the monitoring of the market. - Accounting reporting: Updated and reported in real time the performance of the 350 startups portfolio. I was the main contact of the accounting firm.

- As part of the engineering team, I worked closely with the operational teams (network, server, supervision, virtualization, database, storage, backup) to validate the compliance and efficiency of projects made by the teams in charge of designing Orange’s internal applications. - As part of a multi-datacenter relocation project, I had to plan and orchestrate the relocation of several applications at the infrastructure, hardware and software level. - Analysis of constraints, elaboration of rules and guidelines to exploit Big Data solutions (Hadoop).

- Diamond Dash team : Research and development of new concepts. Worked with the technical and design teams to improve virality, retention and monetization of the Diamond Dash social game (4,2M Daily Active Users on mobile and Facebook). - Marketing team : Gathered interests about our players from the Facebook Graph using Python. Helped the marketing and product teams to discover new places to advertise, detect unofficial Facebook pages and introduce new targeted features and in-game content.
