    Managing ~ $500MM across 3 funds, FVP focuses on series A and B investments across software, marketplaces and fintech. Responsible for LP relationship acquisition and management, investment counsel and driving the growth of portfolio companies via business optimization, recruiting, capital raising and partnership development. In addition, serve as a Corporate Advisor to several later stage companies supporting leadership with strategy and growth (Hopper, Incode and Enigma Technologies)

    Led global M&A, enterprise strategy, venture capital investments, enterprise partnerships and innovation. Also provided leadership for RBC Bank U.S. ($5B direct bank specializing in cross border clients) Appointed to a newly created Group Executive role to support CEO and Board in driving growth and differentiation. Responsibilities included supporting existing businesses via functions including strategy, corporate development, and partnerships as well as the development of net new growth opportunities via the creation of an industry leading innovation platform - RBC Ventures. Founded RBC Ventures with a mandate to reimagine the role the Bank plays in clients' lives by developing capabilities/businesses beyond banking. RBC Ventures organically built and launched over 20 new Ventures and acquired 5 companies spanning home, B2B, B2C, mobility and health/wellness. RBC Ventures is wholly owned and boasts a talented team of over 400 professionals, serving ~ 4MM subscribers and working with over 100 + partners to deliver significantly higher client growth to RBC in key segments, to gain access to adjacent profit pools and to provide more value for our clients. RBC Ventures created industry leaders including Ampli, Dr. Bill, Ownr and MyDoh and secured partnerships with over 100 companies to support growth including Lowes/Rona, DoorDash and Rexall.     Responsible for leading RBC’s Canadian consumer lending businesses including Mortgages, Personal Lending and Automotive Finance. In addition, have accountability for Client Segments and Portfolio Management/Credit Strategies. Personal Financing is the largest banking segment P&L of RBC with ~ $300B in assets. In addition, am responsible for RBC's U.S. banking strategy and serve as Executive Chairman of RBC Bank (U.S.) a $5B direct banking business supporting cross border clients. Serve as a member of ALCO, Chair of Audit Committee RBC Caribbean and member Canadian Banking Operating Committee.

    Responsible for the leadership of the consumer banking division of Capital One Bank. Reporting directly to the Bank President and CEO, responsible for P&L, strategy, product, marketing and customer experience for deposits, loans and fee services for ~ 1000 banking centers as well as one of the country's top direct banks. Previously served as President of Capital One Home Loans and Senior Vice President of Bank Integration and Channel Strategy.

    Built and led one of the country's top direct banks - leading the transformation of Charter One from a retail only business to an integrated multi-channel bank. Starting with no Internet banking or phone sales/fulfillment capabilities in 1999, Charter One was widely considered an industry leader in digital/direct banking by 2002 – driving considerable client and balance growth through non-branch channels, being rated the country's number #2 internet bank and receiving American Bankers Innovator of the Year award in 2002. Led the development of an advanced technology platform which integrated branch, phone and Internet capabilities across consumer banking, mortgages and small business – allowing for seamless and collaborative sales and service experiences.
