Currently I lead our Fintech engineering organization which includes the Fintech Data Engineering, Tax Platform, and Business Intelligence teams. These teams are responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of data used for public earnings statements, calculation and remittance of taxes for Airbnb bookings, and internal tools used for self serve analytics. In the past I've led teams that were responsible for our employee technology experience. These teams built innovative internal products spanning HRIS, collaboration tools, and internal content management.
