Kota Interactive focused on creating graphically rich web-games (Java applets) with light server-side integration. Plan was to work on own IP but we ended up doing licensing deals to medium-sized, national media companies. Great experience in terms of learning the basics of running a company, business development and game development. After three years and 10s of games, we decided to unite our forces with other small group of developers, resulting in a company called Sumea.
