Non-profit 501(c)3 language school. - Established financial and operational infrastructure: implemented QuickBooks, introduced proper budgeting and forecasting, optimized pricing, ensured school adequately insured. - Worked with IT to automate registration and billing - Led first ever fundraising drive. - Managed federal (990) and state (199, RRF, Use Tax) filings, monthly payroll, QuickBooks, donations and landlord relations. Relocated to more appropriate premises and negotiated new lease. - Co-led revamp of school as part of new executive team, which resulted in a tripling of enrollment.

With $10bn Assets Under Management, TIFF offers outsourced Chief Investment Officer and fund-of-funds solutions to non-profit organizations. • Led product market fit for ESG/Sustainable Investment offering. • Drove go to market efforts with investment committees and trustees of current and prospective members to increase their understanding of capital markets, TIFF’s vehicle results and how best to meet the investment objectives of their endowment. • Managed channel and business development efforts in sourcing new investors • Led thought leadership content for investors to promote a better understanding of investing principles and strategies.

• Led on EMEA, Asia and LatAm investment and market entry strategy – developed, emerging and frontier markets. • Co-portfolio manager for private equity, real estate and natural resources manager allocations, making primary commitments as well as bidding selectively on secondary LP stakes. • Screened, selected and monitored long only and hedge fund managers. • Drove asset class choice for new markets (e.g. India, Africa, Brazil) as TIFF’s lead investor for all non-US regions • Represented TIFF as an advisory board member of various funds, working through issues of conflict of interest, investment restrictions and general financial and governance oversight. • Frequent speaker at industry-wide conferences, including SuperReturn and IMN, as well as annual TIFF investor forum • Worked with TIFF’s endowment CIO board members, both for reporting purposes as well as being a sounding board for their non-US investments.

Led effort to market securitization product to Morgan Stanley’s corporate and private equity clients, building cross-functional teams. Dramatically increased profile of product with bankers, leading to multiple transaction opportunities in a variety of sectors, including real estate, utilities, transportation, retail and healthcare. Structured asset backed securities (ABS) transactions with derivatives product team. Worked with sales and trading to determine market receptiveness to new issuers.

Built stable of marquee European technology clients, bringing together cross functional/international business development and execution teams.
