42CAP - Peers amongst entrepreneurs. We invest in seed-stage tech- and data-driven companies across Europe with global ambition. We are seasoned entrepreneurs turned investors. With Hybris and eCircle we previously built two of Europe's largest B2B software companies culminating in $1.6b cash exits to SAP and Teradata respectively. We aim to be the investors we wished we had back then as founders: Contributing the product- and go-to-market experience we've garnered as founders and later senior executives to help scale B2B software companies through all stages. And be sparring partners in developing the founders.

As CTO of SAP Customer Experience, I am responsible for SAP's Customer Engagement & Commerce (CEC) product portfolio, SAP's fastest growing business unit. I oversee all product innovation and development, as well cloud delivery, covering SAP's CRM, Commerce, Marketing, Service, Sales and Billing products.
2014 - 2017
As Senior Vice President Presales of SAP Hybris, I led the global presales organization for SAP's customer engagement & commerce (CEC) business, covering the entire suite of front-office applications for SAP from CRM, Marketing, Commerce, Service to Billing. Also, as Head of Industries, I spearheaded the expansion of the customer engagement & commerce (CEC) business into new industries like telco, digital media, financial services, public sector, utilities and IoT.

I am a proud co-founder of hybris Software, and played an instrumental role in building out the product in the early years. I was also responsible for heading product strategy and marketing. On the go-to-market side, I built out the Presales team, and later the Industry Sales Team, to explore new opportunities and industries such as Telco, Digital Media and Financial Services. I am honored to have been part of the leadership team that built hybris Software into a global market leader in the omni-channel commerce space. Ultimately this led to the exit to SAP in 2013, which was the highest value private acquisition of a technology business at the time.
