CEO - Skandia Asset Management

2014 - 2019

• Head of an asset management company under the supervision of the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority • Reporting directly to professional board of directors and working proactively with the Swedish organization and management • In charge of managing assets of more than DKK 35 billion for Skandia Denmark’s pension customers and for professional, institutional and retail clients outside the Skandia Group • Executive board experience from investment organization with some 20 employees • In charge of strategy, P&L, governance structure, compliance, etc. • Establishing investment company from scratch (2008) • CIO and member of Skandia Denmark’s senior Danish management team (some 260 employees), sharing responsibility with five co-executives for strategy, operations and the performance of the Danish entities • Participating actively on investment, business and risk management committees • Working actively with responsible, sustainable and impact investments • Pioneered mindset and approach to working with ’social investments’, setting the agenda for this unexploited area in Denmark
