Co-Founder or Advisor to dozens of startups. Governance, Leadership, Revenue, Business Development, Strategy, Operations. I have deep revenue expertise in B2B, B2C, B2B2C, D2C; Planning, Executing and Managing Rev-Ops including Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, ROI marketing measurement + attribution, analytics tools/platforms, & mar-tech across all major CRM, social media and community platforms while enforcing data quality and hygiene; optimization of data; and discovery of methods to leverage data to drive new and interesting findings. I am an advanced negotiator with the ability to understand the needs and priorities of investors, customers, partners, team members and the entire community ecosystem around the brand and/or business objectives. I have decades of experience with complex sales, account based marketing, solution selling and long sales cycles. I have a wide understanding of full-stack development, all major cloud and hardware environments, most operating systems, and many major (coding) languages. I am deeply familiar with most major domain and infrastructure consoles, CRMs, revenue operations stacks, ERM and payment stacks as well as countless SaaS and cloud applications.

Sister Brands ICE and RCMS help residential and commercial property owners recover from catastrophic storm damage by managing the insurance claim recovery and construction process to ensure high quality workmanship. The group's technology and people were acquired by one of the nation's largest general construction companies.

Founded in 1930, Langan, Haeger, Vincent & Born helps businesses throughout the world in the successful development and implementation of effective risk and insurance management programs. LHV&B was acquired by Williams-Manny in 2013, a division of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co.

1998 - 2005

Sales of full-line insurance products, integrated safety & loss control programs and various financial services to small-medium sized businesses and their principals. As the top producer of workers’ compensation nationally for Farmers Insurance Group, I booked and managed $5MM of ARR, earning President’s Council recognition, as a select group of 100 top producers out of 40,000 nationally.

Volunteer Director

2001 - 2004

Created and managed a volunteer organization from 0 - 8,000 field and finance operatives. Organized and managed numerous call-centers (5 - 250 telemarketers), large-ticket fundraisers, integrated media action groups and campaign events throughout Illinois, Iowa, Wisconsin, Indiana and Ohio.
