Developed risk control policies and enforcement system for a global macro hedge fund across multiple instruments, asset classes and jurisdictions. Worked on position structure (instruments, size, and other variables) with portfolio manager, position and scenario modeling, interpretation and enforcement of risk policies. Served as primary point of contact for investor, counterparty and regulatory risk due diligence. Worked with firm’s portfolio managers and head of research on development and testing of trading themes and with legal and operational staff on reporting, regulatory, and compliance matters.

Developed P&L reports for new and proposed products. Additional responsibilities post-eBay acquisition included bottom-up budgeting for ~800 person customer service center , IT and SG&A cost centers.
