At Enterprise Ireland I led the HPSU ICT team, which was responsible for c.65 seed and follow on investment rounds per annum and managing a portfolio of more than 350 investee companies. Worked with Irish high potential technology start ups, advising on fundraising, strategy, team and capability building, sales development, and execution of international scaling plans. Enterprise Ireland is one of the largest seed VC's in Europe and a recognised global leader in supporting high potential start up companies.
