Now a $400MM AUM consumer Internet fund, spun out of Kleiner Perkins and Sherpalo. Prior and current investments incl. unicorns like InMobi and Info Edge, and market leaders like Rebel Foods, Melorra, Furlenco, Droom, Dunzo, Paymate, Cleartrip etc. Part of founding team. Key role in overall fund management (raising of $100MM Fund II, portfolio construction, LP relationships, etc.). Led sourcing in, and evaluation of, 10+ new investment spaces. Managed new and existing investments, with deep engagement in owning/solving problems: • Melorra ($100M+ in sales, leading online jewellery brand in India): Co-led hiring of management team, interim coordination of technology, digital marketing and overall budgeting. $71M raised, backed by Symphony Asia • Paymate (Largest B2B payments platform with $5BN volume run-rate): Helped reposition the business towards B2B, led corp dev initiatives. Originated and managed acquisition of Outside The Classroom, owner of the world's largest online course at the time, which doubled the company’s size and enabled entry into the higher ed market. Also helped launch a new financial education product (Buttonwood). One of the largest education networks (45 million+ students), EverFi is the leading edtech company focused on teaching and certifying students and adults in critical 21st century life skills.
