Extensive portfolio management experience through board director and observer seats, supporting management teams with a wide range of strategies, including growth, acquisition and integration, complex restructuring and turnaround solutions for distressed / underperforming inherited assets. Specific skills and responsibilities include: - Deal origination and research; - Deal assessment and evaluation (modelling of valuation, structuring, pricing and returns, investment committee paper drafting and presenting); - Nurturing advisor relationships to ensure access to their deal pipeline; - Winning hearts and minds of founders / management teams; - Commercial and legal negotiation; - Transaction stakeholder management; - Managing full suite of due diligence providers.
