Reshaped the management team and culture of Product Development towards a customer-centric and agile/iterative product development which resulted in major increase in functionality while significantly cutting development cost and time. The latest Roomba 980 with vision-based navigation, WIFI connectivity, and superior cleaning is a result of that. Lead the development of technology roadmap and helped shape the IoT strategy. Worked closely with CEO and peer executives to develop the company strategy as well as iRobot's corporate venture arm.
