This incorporated service delivery management including setting of SLAs/KPIs, definition of customer contracts and key account management. Some key achievements include the migration of a primary data centre including all business critical applications, decommissioning of legacy hardware, physical move of all infrastructure hardware and migration of applicable services to the cloud Additionally, I have led the implementartion of a new customer-facing IT service catalogue and implemented Microsoft Azure-based test/production server environments and Microsoft Office 365 services.

    Whilst at Eitzen Chemical, I held responsibility for all global IT services. This included the servicing of five offices located in Oslo, Copenhagen, Singapore, Westport and Marbella and all IT strategy, budget, vendor, contract and service management. During my time at Eitzen Chemical, I oversaw the migration of the entire business IT service platform from single a legacy (business partner) vendor to a series of smart-sourced new vendors. This extensive program of work included the RFI process and selection of a new primary IT service vendor, all contract negotiations, the migration of all business applications and productivity services to new data centres/Office 365 and all IT support.
