Lucinetic Letters is an AI platform developed by a team from Caltech, Yale and NASA to reduce the time professors commit to writing PhD recommendations. "Letters" is trained from the author’s own writing/letters to ensure that recommendations (and other letters) generated by the author are in her "authentic voice". The platform enables the student to complete basic inputs (name, classes taken w recommender, links to projects or abstracts, CV etc.) then prompts the Professor to generate the letter, which can be regenerated to be more enthusiastic or cautious, or edited in any way the author chooses. As Head of Business Development, I meet with prospective clients in a range of industries in which highly technical and time consuming writing is required. We are working with academics, doctors, lawyers and other professional service industries to refine Lucinetic's platform to directly address their needs for technical writing and uncompromised security.
