* Created a set of outside in digital analytics tools for companies in retail, banking, travel and media to asses digital improvement opportunities and come up with a set of actions * Helped a major media conglomerate in Turkey recraft its digital strategy * Created a new online video service concept and started media and infrastructure negotiations in South East Asia for a major telecom company * Ran investment analysis for emerging market opportunities in the education, healthcare and mobile payment spaces for a large telecom company in South East Asia and India. Looked into acquisition targets. Helped create the investment portfolio strategy and run the due diligence effort / negotiations * Launched new talent sourcing processes and employee value proposition for a Japanese social gaming company in SF * Ran a projection model and had specific aspiration conversations with different offices and practices on women recruiting and representation
