Stakeboat Capital (Stakeboat) is an India-focused $150Mn private equity fund. We adopt a 'roll-up-the-sleeve-and-collaborate' approach with our portfolio to enable them deliver value and achieve potential. And, we are en route to build a new-age operational private equity firm in India. Being a member of founding team (1st employee) at Stakeboat, I sourced, evaluated and executed investment opportunities and is responsible for transaction structuring, due diligence and negotiations. I undertook operational and business finance initiatives in portfolio companies. Stakeboat Capital invested in Leixir Resources (a global dental technology company manufacturing dental devices for the US and India market), Sankalp Semiconductor (India's largest independent analog and mixed-signal semiconductor design services company), Dvara KGFS (a pioneer NBFC providing micro-finance and wealth management solutions to deep rural India) and Leadsquared (marketing automation platform used by global businesses). I represented Stakeboat in our portfolio companies as a Board member or observer.
