(global leader in music and video metadata services) by leading the structuring, valuation and due diligence teams as well as spearheading the multi-divisional strategic planning. • Created strategic plans and business model while facilitating development activities for video content distribution to PlayStation Network service in conjunction with teams from the US, Europe and Japan. • Initiated and led a team of cross-Sony wireless divisions in preparing a multi-disciplinary plan to pursue a new $1.6B business opportunity that received endorsement and executive sponsorship from the CTO. • Conducted corporate oversight financial analysis for M&A transactions, such as the acquisition of CFM (transportation management services) by Sony Entertainment Manufacturing and Distribution as well as the divestiture of StreamMan to Real Networks.
