During my time as a Mergers and Acquisitions analyst at Visma we have completed over 10 acquisitions within the software sector. I have been involved in most steps of the process, including valuation, making different legal documents (offer letters, NDAs, SPAs, APAs, SHAs etc), participating in DD meetings and analysis (financial, commercial, technical, legal), making business cases, synergy analysis, market research, contacting potential acquisition targets, communicating with banks and brokers and managing data rooms. The job has included working with top management both internally and externally on a high level of integrity.
