SLOVCA is an association of private equity and venture capital funds operating on the Slovak market and of other professional entities from the ecosystem. The purpose of SLOVCA is to represent the interests of it's members before the government and other institutions and to create networking opportunities for ecosystem stakeholders. As a project manager (part-time), I am closely working with the board of directors to set and execute the agenda of the association. During my presence in SLOVCA, the number of members and budget for the association tripled, Legal & Tax Committee was created and the association got more traction through several activities and events.

CEAi is a vertical AI startup studio, which builds ventures with focus in fintech, biotech, real-estate and sustainability domains, based between Prague and San Francisco. Financed by VC company DCVC. Responsible for new venture research and fundraising, part of the internal consultancy group within the studio.

Mergers & Acquisitions, Strategy consulting

Providing transaction advisory services such as creation of comprehensive information memorandums for investors, identification of most relevant investors worldwide or investment targets, articulation of the investment story and strategy (expansion, acquisition and integration, new business verticals), organisation of virtual data-room for due diligence phase of the transaction. Worked on both sell-side and buy-side mandates of undisclosed companies in industries as energy, transportation, retail and e-commerce. Specializing on start-ups and tech-driven companies in the M&A team.

Business Consultant

Rotated across departments of Finance (Audit and Controlling for 3 months), Marketing (customer value management, segment marketing for 3 months) and department of Strategy (competitor analysis in the mobile and fixed internet segment, 6 months). Responsible for monthly profitability reports of all sales channels and for weekly performance reports for the board of directors during my first 6 months in the company. Advanced my data analytic skills and SQL proficiency for the needs of calculation and evaluation of various business cases, internal audits and other internal analyses. Worked closely with CMO to analyse the trends in prepaid telco market worldwide. Responsible for competitor analysis in the fixed internet segment in Slovakia to localize market opportunities.
