    Seamless (formerly Seamless Web) is a leading online and mobile food-ordering service that shows diners local restaurants available for delivery or pick up. The company's online and mobile ordering platforms allow diners to order directly from approximately 28,800 takeout restaurants in more than 600 U.S. cities and London, and every order is supported by the company's 24/7 customer service. The Company merged with Grub Hub in 2013 and Seamless/GrubHub went public in April of 2014 (NYSE – GRUB).

    Real Estate development company formed to assemble three connecting buildings on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. Partnered with Metropolitan Housing Group to to demo site and build an 85,000 square foot, 21 story residential condominium on West 78th Street.
