Built a superstar PM team that transformed Jira from a product to a family of products targeted at different markets: Jira Software, Jira Service Desk and Jira Core. Launched major releases for Jira Server and Cloud delivering devops tooling for Agile software dev teams, scaling for high availability on large deployments and making it easy for non-technical teams to adopt Jira. Led a team of 12 Program Managers to ship scenarios targeted at enabling software development teams to build high quality software quickly and easily. Toolset includes manual testing for Agile teams using Microsoft Test Manager, functional testing via Coded UI tests, constructing build-deploy-test workflows using virtualized infrastructure via Lab Manager. Managed acquisition of Release Management tooling for Visual Studio ALM 2013 to enable teams to do faster and more frequent releases via continuous deployment. Shipped Preview of Load Testing Service to enable developers to simulate load generation in the cloud to stress their web applications. Drove customer driven development at scale across both releases

    Owned tooling and scenarios targeted at manual testers for Visual Studio ALM 2010. Conceptualized, designed and released the Agile testing scenarios in Microsoft Test Manager and Visual Studio. Spearheaded Agile adoption in product team leading to better and faster releases. Contributed to James Whittaker's book on Exploratory Testing and represented Microsoft at several software conferences globally. Was awarded 2 patents - one as sole-inventor and another as primary-inventor for work in advanced automated exploratory testing techniques.

Led a team of 8 SDETs to ship scenarios centered around build automation in Visual Studio, core development scenarios for J# developers and UI testing APIs. Was awarded a patent as sole inventor for innovative test automation engine work in the MSBuild test automation system

    Joined Microsoft Developer Division as a developer working on the Vista WPF SDK and .NET framework. Was responsible for development of Terrarium - an ecosystem evolution based game shipping as part of the .NET SDK. Contributed to development on "Object Test Bench", a tool targeted at academia to make it easy to learn OOPS concepts within the context of Visual Studio IDE.
