JINN is a product innovation company delivering behavior-driven products using our design thinking and systems thinking methodologies. We focus on designing and developing products that your customers love. I grew our team from a size of 2 to a size of 10 in-house employees. I built out and interviewed hundreds of designers and developers to build our consulting network of 300. I architected our development processes, design thinking efforts, closed all sales, and coded/designed when needed. Led the efforts to deliver over 40 mobile & web applications for startups & fortune 500 companies.

Lead Software Engineer / Part-time CTO & COO

2016 - 2017

I worked as a software engineer for a number of startups and acted as a part-time CTO for a few. I helped develop a group-based social network akin to Instagram, a shopping platform, a fitness mobile application, a photo-sharing mobile application, and an educational platform that rivals Canvas & Blackboard. Across these companies I helped raise 5.5M funding as an acting CTO or Lead Engineer.

Co-Founder & Lead Engineer

2014 - 2016

I built a robust scheduling system that utilized sms, voice, email, calendar syncing to help companies and individuals better schedule with one another without limiting oneself to a closed system such as Exchange or Google Calendar. My technology & IP for my B2B product was acquired in October '16. I grew our team from 2 to 6 with myself as principal engineer working on our backend infrastructure and helping with our mobile and frontend web applications. -- Developed professional-grade scheduling software (mobile app, desktop, web, phone/text, and email). Manage entire front-end & back-end systems as a full-stack developer and system admin. -- Produced & forecasted monetization models for business to business and customer sales. Hired & directly managed a team of 15 employees and interns.

Senior Software Engineer

I was a senior mobile and backend developer working across multiple technologies. I helped redesign and rebuild the company's mobile application in both iOS & Android and worked across different backend architecture including C# backend, Node.js, RPC & socket-based messages.

Lead Software Engineer & Teaching Facilitator at MIT STEP Lab

2013 - 2014

I worked in the MIT STEP Lab across multiple projects. I initially worked as a research assistant for Dr. Scheintaub before transitioning into the Android AppInventor team & SL Nova team. On these projects I worked as a lead software engineer and trained teachers from around the world on our software platform. My efforts on the SL Nova team also increased system efficiency 11x helping push the boundaries of what we could accomplish in a web browser. -- Developed & supervised deployment of code that increased overall system efficiency by 11x. -- Facilitated international workshops with teachers and students to assist learning of the Starlogo Nova, a platform that allows students and teachers create 3D games and simulations.

Lead Developer

2011 - 2012

I was a part of the initial jailbreaking team that rebuilt Siri for the iPhone 4. I architected and programmed the system that connected Siri to Google's API Servers and rebuilt all the plugins to work accordingly.
