Joystick Ventures is a joint venture between Xsolla and Mountain Nazca to invest in the video game industry. Creating a partnership in equal terms was my first responsibility and securing the a +Million USD investment from both sides was the second one. My responsibilities for this fund are fund formation, fundraising, deal flow selection and deal flow investment. I love video games, as a hobby and as a business and we've learn a lot from our partners and teammates

CTO

2016

As the CTO of Mountain Nazca, I have added new responsibilities over time. Starting with the Company Builder, where we bootstrap companies from scratch, managing external development teams or building MVP's for our own companies and even hiring key members. I keep a close relation with the CTO's and development teams, and try stay as close as I can for any technical or personal need they have. For the Venture Capital fund, due diligence, hiring and improving the tech teams flow and planning are the major requests I get from the companies we invested on. For Altered Ventures, I have helped during the setup of the fund as well as adding new games to the deal flow and review games from our pipeline.

Iterim CTO

2017 - 2018

I developed the initial backend application for the company. With this application, the company was able to start gathering property data in Mexico at an accelerated rate. Building a solid data and development team, I was in charge of hiring the Leader Data Science and CTO.

Interim CTO

2016 - 2017

For the initial setup of the company, I managed the third party development team for the backend and mobile apps. After the official company launch, I help the company hired their key backend, and mobile developers. As a follow up to the company development plan, we'll be working on a new backend.

Development Manager

Streamlining the business processes and transforming it to an application was the hardest challenge for Creze. During my short stay with the development team, I managed to setup an Agile culture and improve the quality of the deliverables of the team. Since we were short on developers, I work on the integration of Kontomatik and Mifiel to help the company access financial data of their customers and e-sign their contracts.
