    I led the team responsible for global product onboarding and our internal developer platform. Our efforts enabled customers to successfully onboard to Square's large product ecosystem. We leveraged machine learning, geo-based heuristics, experimentation, and more, to help business owners find the perfect product. Our internal developer platform enabled vertical product teams at Square to deeply customize onboarding experiences for specific sets of users.

    Over nearly five years at Figma, I have been lucky to be part of the industry-changing launch, several major product launches, and the (ongoing) hypergrowth phase. I was the first Product Manager and helped scale the company from 18 → 350 people and millions in revenue. I was the Product Manager for Figma Community, Figma's platform for designers to be inspired, grow, and connect with the design community. The platform includes plugins, our extensibility product, thousands of design templates, and individual and company profiles. It is the fastest growing platform in our market and, after our core design tool, the largest customer-facing product initiative at Figma. I led the effort to conceive and build the product, led a new product team, aligning the broader company around the initiative, and personally sharing our goals with Figma's Board of Directors. Prior to launching Figma's platform products, I led the team focused on building and scaling our best-in-class design tool. We improved performance, introduced major typography updates, managed the desktop app, and created innovative layout features. Ultimately, this led Figma to become one of the most loved products but the world's leading design teams and established Figma as a leader in the creativity market.
