I teamed up with NBA superstar LeBron James to give four aspiring local entrepreneurs the chance to realize their dreams while also helping to revitalize a neighbourhood in Cleveland. For the past 15 years, I’ve worked in some incredible global organizations that share my passion for innovation and entrepreneurial endeavour and they have allowed me to act as agent provocateur by bringing some of the most enlightened innovators in the world into their well-oiled operations. Sometimes to disrupt, sometimes to learn – always to challenge; the bridge between scale businesses and startups is forever challenging and worthwhile. I am delighted to be offered the chance to bring these learnings to Cleveland.
