Beam Angel Network - Founding Committee Member

The Beam Angel Network invests in high potential and exceptionally led companies that happen to be founded by women. Beam's mission is to provide equitable access to capital for women-founded companies and to create generational wealth for these founders and the investors that support them. Through quantitative and qualitative research, Beam has confirmed that accessing early stage capital is the biggest barrier to growth for women founders. We want to change this.

Responsible for developing M&A integration strategies that support business objectives, timelines and budgets; identify and direct resources; establishing timelines, milestones, deliverables, and end-of-integration criteria. Drive day-to-day execution of the integration process, including coaching cross-functional teams, leading weekly integration team meetings, and driving proactive issue resolution. Proven success interacting with executive level management to determine solutions, resolve issues, and present recommendations at a senior level. ** Also, served as Chief of Staff to SVP of Corporate Strategy & Development. Led Organizational Development and Operations Management for Incubated teams under his leadership. ** Board Member representing Corporate Strategy & Development on the Rackspace Technical Change Management Board.

Held the first Incident Commander role for the company during customer service disruptions and major corporate impacting events. Developed and implemented Global Crisis/Enterprise Incident Management program to help the company move forward during a company disrupting event. Set aggressive and challenging cross-functional goals within the Crisis Management program that supported the organizational goals and strategies. Led specialized teams for Customer Support, Project Management, Incident Management, Change Management and Business Analytics. Created new processes and procedures for the following programs: Emergency Conditions Team, SAS70 Business Controls, Intensive and Enterprise Support Segments, New Product Integration and Critical Systems Prioritization. ** Received Company's highest honor of the Fanatical Straight Jacket award for successfully managing a Corporate wide impacting event with minimal disruption to the business.
