    Launched Intuit Workforce from Playbook HR and grew the team internally. We helped over 100 marketplaces manage 1 million self-employed applicants. I was also a tech lead on the QuickBooks Self-Employed product focused on front-end infrastructure, bank data, billing, and TurboTax integration.

    Playbook HR was an applicant tracking system for the gig economy that helped automate the entire process including emailing, text messaging, background checks, e-signing, and scheduling. We bootstrapped the company to a multi-million dollar exit in one year.

    I was a PM on the Bing core search relevance team. I owned triggering, metrics, measurement, and editorials of the navigational query experience (~40% of queries). I shipped machine learning improvements that increased precision/recall, user success rate, and led to millions of dollars in revenue for Bing.

    Led one of the largest student groups at Stanford consisting of over 100 entrepreneurial-minded students. Oversaw programs with a budget of over $300,000 that inspired, funded, and grew entrepreneurship at Stanford through workshops, speaker series, an international bootcamp, an accelerator program, and business plan competitions.

    Conducted research with the computer science department's logic group on the Digital Department project applying logical spreadsheets technology and dynamic constraints to the master's in computer science program sheet. I created a program sheet in JavaScript that allowed master's students to view and select what classes they need to fulfill their requirements and automatically manage all the constraints and requirements using computational logic. I also worked on the Stanford Intellectual Property Exchange (SIPX) as part of the Stanford Center for Computers and Law (CodeX) which is an online copyright management system.

    Worked on team building new online checkins site to create interest graph of the web. Implemented specs and designs for new frontpage and various features. Designed A/B testing framework and built a prototype implementation to allow stakeholders to easily push and monitor performance of test concepts in front of real users.

    myCollegeSTAT makes the college admissions process more social and open by building a platform around personal user-submitted college admissions data that reveals more than just your average statistics. Led development of the website in PHP (Kohana framework), MySQL, and AJAX. Managed infrastructure of website and social media presence, growing user base to thousands of users. Awarded $15,000 in business plan competition.
