    ContainerX is an enterprise startup that offers a comprehensive ready-to-go container platform designed for enterprise IT that works across a range of platforms. Cisco Systems acquired ContainerX on August 31, 2016. I invested in ContainerX as one of the seed investors with a goal of making containers as a fundamental building block of the data centers of the future by providing a single pane of glass for enterprises to view their entire infrastructure.

    Good Technology is the global leader in secure mobility platform, delivering solutions across all stages of the mobility lifecycle for enterprises and governments worldwide. As CIO, I developed an agile IT business strategy and infrastructure to support growth, improve employee productivity, and withstand the rigors of compliance and security. I drove the company’s transition from a start-up with disparate systems to a centralized IT organization and enterprise driver of digital transformation and innovation. My team rolled out Good on Good Infrastructure as a reference-able client credential to support our transition to next generation platform. I also served as an interim general manager to deliver Good’s first Enterprise Mobility Management cloud offering for SMB vertical with supporting e-commerce capability to drive revenue growth and automate order fulfillment. In November 2015, Blackberry acquired Good Technology. I continued to serve as a consultant and advisor until March 2016.

    SunPower Corporation designs, manufactures, and delivers high-performance solar energy systems for residential, commercial, and utility-scale power plant customers worldwide. SunPower is a subsidiary of Total SA, a French-based energy company, which is the eleventh-largest corporation in the world with annual revenues of $231 billion and 93,000 employees. I scaled enterprise technology and business platforms to support over $1B in growth and launched a strategic B2C platform focused on customer experience in the fast-growing residential lease business. I partnered with eStaff to roll out a Business Process Excellence framework focused on customer value and expected outcomes to improve the high-value processes end to end across multiple organizations which led to achieving operational excellence and delightful customer service. My team received Operations and Excellence Award from Equipment Leasing and Finance Association (ELFA) for our residential solar leasing program and recognition by AWS Case Study for being an early pioneer of using cloud infrastructure for the global energy leasing business model.

    I brought my Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) expertise to SunPower to define and document standardized global process around order fulfillment and indirect procurement, and work with IT team members to deploy quick wins as part of ‘Burn the Spreadsheet’ program. I helped defined the to-be organization for global IT to help transition from 95% outsourced / contractor model to a balanced team with strategic talent in-house. Also, ended up optimizing the outsourced support model to achieve the benefits outlined in the business case.
