As CMO for Alloy Digital, Chris Young leads brand marketing and communications strategy, as well as oversees client development initiatives. His expertise and experience as a digital advertising pioneer, specifically in the field of digital entertainment, spans over two decades and includes collaborations with some of the largest digital and broadcast media properties and a wide range of high profile brands. Chris was the Chairman & CEO of Digital Broadcasting Group (DBG) prior to its acquisition by Alloy Digital in April, 2013. There he oversaw one of the top online video distribution networks that also specialize in the production and distribution of original branded video content across the web and other emerging platforms. Prior to starting DBG, Chris co-founded the online video advertising and management solutions company Klipmart, and grew it into the nation’s largest video rich media vendor taking advertiser’s TV commercials and putting them online. In 2006, under Chris’ leadership, Klipmart was subsequently sold to now Google-owned DoubleClick. Chris assumed the role of Executive Vice President of Rich Media at DoubleClick, where he worked to accelerate innovation in digital video and emerging advertising formats. Mr. Young received his BS from Skidmore College in 1996 and his MBA from RPI in 1997 cum laude.
