    As Google continued to grow and we learned more about the mindset of candidates we wanted to hire, I worked to shift our messaging, and all related assets and experiences. From talking about Google's demographics externally for the first time in 2014, to rebranding our key hiring messages in 2016, I focused on finding more of the 'right' people, at scale. This involved heavy cross-functional work with partners in People Operations, Marketing, Engineering, and deep relationships across all levels from strategy to execution.
